Medeo Health

                                       Medeo Health is the new way to stay in contact with your doctor!
When you give an email to the clinic you are giving us another way of contacting you.
Example: have lab work results to discuss, no worries, the doctor can now email you under the encrypted email service.

  Instructions:

1. Patient will receive an email from the clinic at the email address provided stating they have been invited to Medeo by the Grandview Medical Clinic.
2. On either a smart phone or computer, open the email and follow the link enclosed.
3. You will be asked to make an account, ensure information entered is correct and the email matches the one you provided the clinic with.
4. Once your account is created you will be asked to download the mobile app on your smart phone.
          i. If you're completing this on a laptop, omit Step 4.
5. When an appointment is booked or you have received a message you will be able to view them on the dashboard.
6. To join your video appointment, click "enter waiting room" and "join now."
7. You will be redirected to a room, please ensure your microphone and camera are both functioning appropriately.

You will then be able to see what the doctor said and discuss what is going on with your medical needs.

Grandview Medical Clinic is situated in the vibrant rural community of Grandview, Manitoba. The clinic has been around for decades. The facility is modern, attached to the hospital, emergency room, and lab. The clinic is serviced by physicians and nurse practitioners. Care is provided in a welcoming, informal environment. We pride ourselves on chronic disease management. The Grandview Medical Clinic is a true family practice  in that we see patients across the age spectrum, and we provide comprehensive, robust primary care. You are encouraged to designate a family physician/nurse practitioner as their primary care provider, but clinicians are more than willing to share care.
