We ask that when new patients come for appointments, they please provide their medical card, current address, date of birth, current phone numbers, and next of kin/emergency contact. Patients who have previously visited us, are asked to inform the receptionist of any changes in the above information.

Urgent Care Visits or walk ins

The Grandview Medical Clinic offers urgent care visits and walk ins. If you wish to book an appointment, please call the clinic at 204-546-2774. We generally reserve a set number of slots for urgent/walk-in appointments, depending on the amount of clinicians in the clinic. We schedule these appointments inter-dispersed with scheduled appointments. We try to accommodate patients on a first-come-first-serve basis, but this is difficult to achieve with urgent and elective appointments. We try very hard to have all patients seen within an hour of arrival at the clinic, however, this gets challenging for a variety of reasons. Occasionally, clinicians are called away to the emergency room, causing wait times to be longer. If you feel that you are waiting to long, please feel free to make it known. 

Cancellations

Uninsured Services

The Grandview Medical Clinic is happy to complete patient forms. However, Manitoba Health considers the following services to be uninsured. As such, the following require a charge for you as the patient: 

Driver's Medical Forms  - $80.00
Supplemental Driver's Forms - $30.00
CRA Disability Tax Credit Forms - $100.00
Insurance Forms - $50.00 - $100.00
Medical Certificates - $30.00 - $80.00
Parking Permit - $30.00
PMH Assessment of injury or illness - $30.00
Transfer of Medical Records - $30.00 - $150.00
Visit without provincial Coverage - $100.00
