Immunizations

Seasonal immunizations (Influenza, COVID-19, pneumonia, etc.) are available throughout cold and flu season. Patients do not require appointments for such immunizations and are welcome to walk in and request their seasonal vaccines.
Patients requiring regularly prescribed injections (i.e., B12, Depo-Provera, testosterone, etc.) are welcome to bring their medications to the clinic for administration by one of our office staff.
Patients requiring travel vaccines, employment immunizations, immunization status updates or antibody serology are encouraged to book an appointment with a physician.

For questions regarding immunizations, please contact us at 204-546-2774.
We are proud to provide a wide range of medical care as well as the following specialized services.

Minor Treatments

Patients requiring surgical suture or staple removal, simple dressing changes and wound care, or blood pressure and blood sugar checks are welcome to come in to the clinic without an appointment. Office staff will be happy to assist you as soon as possible.

Ante-Natal Care

Picture
At the Grandview Medical Clinic, we provide low-risk, antenatal (prenatal) care in a shared care model. Generally, care is provided in Grandview until a referral is made to the delivering physician or obstetrician around 28 weeks gestation, and then on a shared basis until delivery. This model allows the majority of prenatal care to be accessed close to home.

Mental Health & Illness Care

Dr. James Rae operates his family practice with a special focus on mental health and illness care. At Grandview Medical Clinic, we strive to create a space where all needs can be met or discussions can be had to maximize care needs wherever possible. If you are currently seeing one of our other family physicians and would like to see Dr. Rae relating to your mental health and wellness, please feel free to speak to your physician.
Mental Health Walk-In with Dr. Rae: Mondays from 1:00-4:00
